Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Unique Nature of the Works Each artwork from the Tsunagi series is a unique creation, handcrafted by Neil Baldacci in Tuscany. Due to the nature of Raku firing and hand-stitched brass, variations in texture and oxidation are inherent characteristics of the medium. These nuances represent the artistic value and authenticity of the piece.

2. Orders & Commissions Availability is subject to change. For bespoke commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the work. The remaining balance, including shipping costs, must be settled prior to dispatch.

3. Pricing & International Duties All prices are quoted in Euro (€). For shipments outside the European Union, the purchaser is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country.

4. Shipping & Handling Sculptures are secured in custom-made wooden crates and shipped via specialized art couriers. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Insured shipping is highly recommended and available upon request.

5. Returns In accordance with EU law, collectors have 14 days from delivery to return standard artworks in their original condition and packaging at the buyer's expense. Bespoke or personalized commissions are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Copyright The sale of the physical artwork does not transfer copyright. Neil Baldacci retains all intellectual property rights, including the right to use images of the work for promotional and archival purposes.
